1. Warranty
All Enjoybot batteries are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defect for the lifetime of the original owner.

If there are any manufacturing defects when the battery is fresh out of the package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and offering free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.
The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).
Quality issues can be addressed with an exchange or refund within 90 days. After 90 days, only exchanges are available; refunds are no longer offered.
*Note: Please carefully read the product manual before installing and using the product. Failure to install, use, and maintain the product correctly as per the instructions may result in serious quality issues that are not covered by the warranty.
2. Solutions
Enjoybot offers the following solutions.
- Buyers are required to assist us by completing all battery tests for troubleshooting any malfunctioning products.
- We'll ship replacement battery by regular mail and walk you through with instructions.
- Buyers can return the defective battery to our US warehouse using the prepaid label we provide.
In the above cases, Enjoybot covers the repair fee and shipping fee, and there is not a further charge for customers. This
Enjoybot reserves the right, as we see fair, to either repair or replace any Enjoybot Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.
3. Warranty Conditions

This warranty extends only to the original Purchaser. If gifted or resold the customer must go through the original Purchaser to claim a warranty. Original order information is needed to claim the warranty.

Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. Consumers are requested to return the product to the designated location within 1 month after receiving the provided prepaid label, otherwise the prepaid label will be cancelled.

Batteries repaired or replaced within the warranty period will not receive an extended warranty. Instead, repaired/replaced batteries will be subject to the original warranty issued when first purchased.
- We must ascertain whether the product has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship or misuse/neglect.
Failures caused by (1) incorrect storage; (2) improper use (3) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (4) modifications; (5) unauthorized repair; (6) normal abrasion; (7) damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging; (8) not following the scope of application of the product; or (9) external causes such as accidents, abuse, actions or events beyond our reasonable control, or any other issue not caused by defects in materials and workmanship is not covered under the warranty.
