Order Process
1. Once you place your order the package will be shipped within 1 business days. (If there are any changes, we will notify you via email.)
2. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following Monday.

Your order tracking number will indicate your shipping window, please log in Enjoybot website to view for further information.
Once your order ships, any update with tracking details will displayed.
For in-stock orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive it within 3 business days, please contact our support team at service@enjoybot.ca.
Note: Some emails may end up in your spam folder, so please be sure to check there.
Changing or Canceling Your Order?
Changing or Canceling Your Order?
1. All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet.
2. Any order modification must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through online chat or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at service@enjoybot.ca if you did not receive the follow-up email.

Occasionally, particular items may sell out quickly or be labeled as eligible for preorder, hence backorders occur.
If you are in that situation, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time by email as soon as possible and you will be given the option to:
1. select a new item
2. request to be placed on a priority wait-list to receive the product once it available
3. cancel the original order
You will be first in line for the new inventory once the items become available.
Additionally, your order was unexpectedly canceled because our fraud analysis likely flagged it as suspicious. Typically, we reach out to you beforehand in such cases, so please keep an eye on your email for any communication from us.

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?
Discount codes cannot be combined. For example, if you use a 10% off automatic discount, you won’t be able to apply a "free shipping" coupon code simultaneously. Only one discount can be applied to a single order at a time.
