Return & Refund

Enjoybot believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and refund policy applicable to all batteirs, chargers and cables sold by Enjoybot.

 

Return Policy

Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:

  • The items have not been shipped/signed, and the express company can intercept the package.
  • Items must be in unused condition, in it’s original packaging with tages and the original invoice (if included).
  • Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.

We accept returns on all new and unused products up to 30 days from the date the product was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more repair details, check our WARRANTY POLICY.

Return Address: We will inform you of the specific return address in the email.

Please note: On Sale, Clearance, and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for returns/refund. The product must also be an existing in-store product and cannot be a discontinued product.

 

Refund (IF APPLICABLE)

Refund will only be processed once the item/items are back at our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and the return address .

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 7 workdays.

  • 6% Handling Charge

If your order already packed or picked up by the shipping agency, and you insist on order change or cancellation, there will be 6% handling charge for the order change due to the QC time and warehouse processing and packing time being wasted.

  • Return Shipping Fee 

-Seller's fault
If the item is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, we will cover the return shipping. 
-Buyer's fault
If the buyer is returning the item because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want it, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer.

 

How do I return my order?

Enjoybot always wants you to have an excellent buy experience with us. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at service@enjoybot.ca and send us the following information BEFORE returning it to us.

  1. The reason for return.
  2. The valid order number.
  3. The marked delivery date.
  4. A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.
  5. If your return request for a damaged or defective item can be resolved with simple parts and support, we offer the option of free replacement parts and guidance on how to repair the item. This avoids the inconvenience of shipping back a large bulky item.

The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

 

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team via service@enjoybot.ca with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately. Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted. 

 

Refused Shipments / Undelivered Address

Orders that are refused or undelivered as addressed will be charged for any re-shipping your order.

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 5% per order to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. Customers will be charged an 6% processing fee for all canceled orders. 

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through online chat or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at service@enjoybot.ca if you did not receive the follow-up email.
